Moving made simple.
Moving does not have to mean searching for cardboard boxes, buying rolls of tape, or dealing with a pile of boxes after the move.
With South Dakota Tote Rental Co., you choose the totes and moving supplies you need, select your delivery time at checkout, and we handle delivery and pickup.
1. Choose Your Package
Select the tote package that best fits the size of your move.
You can also add available moving supplies, such as dollies, bubble wrap, packing paper, and other helpful accessories.
2. Select Your Rental Dates
Every rental includes a minimum two-week rental period, giving you time to pack, move, and unpack without rushing.
Need more time? Additional rental time can be added based on availability.
You are welcome to finish early and request an earlier pickup, but the two-week minimum rental price still applies.
3. Choose Your Delivery Location
During checkout, you will select your preferred delivery location.
Your reservation and delivery time are confirmed once payment is complete.
Delivery and pickup are free within 20 miles of Sioux Falls. Locations outside the complimentary delivery area may be available for an additional per-mile fee.
4. Pack and Label
Your totes arrive clean and ready to use. There is no box assembly and no packing tape required.
Each tote includes a reusable label sleeve. Write the room name or contents on the provided label, then slide it into the sleeve.
Please do not write directly on the tote or lid.
5. Stack, Move and Unpack
The totes are durable, uniform, and designed to stack neatly, helping you keep your move organized from start to finish.
Use them for home and apartment moves, dorm rooms, classrooms, offices, parties, weddings, and more.
6. Schedule Pickup
Once you are finished unpacking, empty the totes and have them ready in the agreed-upon pickup location.
We will collect them at the end of your rental period, so you do not have to store, recycle, or dispose of cardboard boxes.
Need More Time?
Moves do not always go according to plan.
Contact us before your scheduled pickup to request additional rental time. Extensions are subject to availability and must be paid before the original rental period ends.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Delivery and pickup are free within 20 miles of Sioux Falls.
Locations beyond the complimentary delivery area may be available for an additional per-mile fee.
Public Meeting Location
Customers outside the free delivery area may arrange to meet us at an approved public location within the 20-mile radius to avoid additional mileage charges.
For public-location meetups, totes must be handed directly to the customer and returned directly to us. They cannot be left unattended.
Unattended Delivery or Pickup
In some cases, we may be able to deliver or pick up totes at a private residence or business when no one is present.
The location must be secure, accessible, and approved in advance. Unattended delivery and pickup are not available at public meeting locations.
